The Role As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering a consistently high standard of breakfast service for hotel guests, while also supporting the daily food operation. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and serving both hot and cold breakfast items. Managing the breakfast service to ensure quality, presentation, and timely delivery. Preparing food for the staff canteen. Assisting with la carte breakfast dishes. Ensuring excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained. Supporting the wider kitchen team where required. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef in a hotel or similar busy kitchen. A passion for producing fresh, high-quality food. Excellent organisational and time management skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Please note: This role requires flexibility with working hours, with shifts starting from 5:30am . Due to the early start times, applicants must either live locally to Windsor or have their own transport and be able to drive . What's on Offer Salary of up to £29,500 per annum .
