LOCATION: Coventry, West Midlands

SALARY: £30,000 per year plus Service charge around £5k not guaranteed

This stunning hotel on the outskirts of Coventry is now looking to further strengthen its team with:

  • An experienced, passionate Hotel Restaurant Manager with a unique creative flair, spark and sophistication who can work with the growing restaurant team to deliver first class service.
  • You will manage the day-to-day restaurant operations, with a hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a busy service for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
  • You will be managing the team working on the hotel bar, undertaking all the different duties required to offer exceptional drinks with the quality of service expected by both our company and, more importantly, our guests!
  • Shifts tend to be varied for a good work-life balance so no constant late shifts!

Person Specification

  • A strong Restaurant Manager with a solid and stable career within busy high-volume restaurants and/or quality hospitality restaurant venues.
  • Strong food and wine knowledge.
  • Excellent interaction skills with guests and staff.
  • Competency in training and developing your already strong team.
  • Positive attitude and desire to achieve departmental sales, revenues, and hotel monthly & annual set targets.
  • Ability to follow company procedures and maintain high standards.
