The Role
As Hotel Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading a multi-outlet F&B operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance and a high-performing team culture. You will:
- Lead, inspire and develop a large F&B team across multiple outlets
- Drive service excellence and consistency across all dining experiences
- Work closely with culinary teams to deliver seasonal, estate-led menus
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, labour planning and cost control
