An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Resort General Manager to lead a prestigious luxury country house resort with extensive spa and leisure facilities, set within a truly outstanding location. This is a flagship role for a proven, hands-on leader with a passion for luxury service, people development and commercial excellence.
The Role
- You will hold full operational and commercial responsibility for this multi-faceted resort, overseeing bedrooms, multiple food and beverage outlets, spa, leisure, weddings, events and destination experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership of large, multi-department teams across rooms, F&B, spa and leisure
- Driving exceptional guest experience and consistently high luxury standards
- Maximising revenue from accommodation, spa, leisure, weddings and events
- Developing a strong leadership culture through coaching and performance management
- Maintaining the highest levels of safety, compliance and brand excellence
- Acting as the public face of the resort with owners, partners and the local market

- Proven experience as a Resort General Manager or General Manager within a luxury country house or spa resort
