The successful candidate will lead the entire hospitality operation, creating unforgettable experiences whilst developing a culture of excellence across multiple departments.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience across:

  • Food & Beverage
  • Front of House
  • Housekeeping
  • Resident & Guest Experience
  • Lifestyle & Events
  • Hospitality Standards
  • Service Excellence

You will lead, coach and inspire departmental managers and their teams, ensuring every interaction reflects the very highest standards of luxury hospitality.

This role requires a visible leader who enjoys being operationally involved, understands the finer details of guest service and has the ability to motivate teams to consistently exceed expectations.

About You

We are keen to speak with hospitality professionals currently working within luxury hotels, five-star resorts, private members' clubs or other premium hospitality environments.
