Our client, a prestigious hotel renowned for its award-winning restaurant and exceptional service standards, is seeking a dynamic and driven Restaurant Manager to lead their front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Implement and maintain effective systems for reservations, staffing, and service delivery.
