The Role

As Reception Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting and motivating the reception team. You will be the calm centre of the lobby, balancing operational excellence with warm, genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the reception team on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain brand standards and front office procedures
• Support with operations and shift leadership
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service

About You

• Previous experience in a hotel reception or front office role
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is highly desirable
• Passionate about guest service and creating memorable stays
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using hotel PMS systems
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
