General Manager – Branded Hotel Operation

James Webber Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established hotel group in the search for an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead a significant branded hotel operation in Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute hospitality professional to take full leadership of a large hotel business, driving operational performance, guest experience and financial results.

The successful candidate will bring a strong track record within recognised hotel brands, with proven experience managing hotels generating £6m+ annual revenue. You will be a confident leader with the ability to inspire teams, drive commercial performance and maintain high operational standards.

Working closely with senior leadership, the General Manager will be responsible for the overall strategic direction of the hotel, delivering strong revenue growth, cost control and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager within branded hotels
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Experience managing hotels with £6m+ turnover
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong operational and guest experience focus

A highly competitive salary of £90,000 – £95,000, together with bonus and an excellent benefits package, is offered for the successful candidate.
