Luxury Destination Hospitality | Somerset

JWR is recruiting a Head of Food & Beverage for a high-profile luxury hospitality business. This is a newly created senior leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager and overseeing two distinctive, high-end restaurants. This appointment is critical to the ongoing development of a food and beverage offering where dining sits at the heart of the guest experience.

The Opportunity

The Role

  • Full strategic and operational responsibility for all restaurant operations
  • Leadership of senior restaurant and culinary management teams
  • Ownership of service standards, guest experience and commercial performance
  • Oversight of budgets, forecasting, labour planning and cost control
  • Close collaboration with culinary and beverage leaders to deliver exceptional, produce-led dining
  • Accountability for consistency, compliance and presentation across all outlets

The Candidate

  • Proven Head of or Director-level F&B experience
  • Demonstrable multi-outlet leadership experience (essential)
  • Background in luxury dining environments (essential)
  • Experience within luxury or destination hotels (highly desirable)
  • Commercially astute, detail-driven and confident operating at senior leadership level
