The Role

The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for shaping and delivering the hotel's overall commercial strategy, overseeing reactive and proactive sales, marketing direction, and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive commercial strategy across sales, marketing, and revenue
  • Drive total revenue performance across all segments including corporate, leisure, MICE, and group

  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities across key feeder markets
