This is a fantastic opportunity for a high‑performing sales leader to drive commercial growth and take full ownership of revenue delivery.
The Role
- Lead property-level sales strategy to exceed ambitious B2B revenue targets.
- Grow revenue across corporate, groups, M&E, mid‑stay and extended‑stay segments.
- Build strong relationships with direct corporates, TMCs, SABAs, consortia and key B2B partners.
- Maintain disciplined CRM usage, accurate pipeline management and clear reporting.
- Represent the portfolio at industry events and host FAM trips, showcases and presentations.
About You
- 4+ years' hotel sales experience, ideally across multiple markets managing £3m+ annual business.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within hospitality or serviced apartments.
- Strong strategic account management skills with an established corporate travel network.
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation, presentation and planning abilities.
- Tech‑savvy with CRM, Power BI and Excel experience.
- Driven, resilient, commercially minded and detail‑focused.
