About the Role:

As Hotel Director of Operations, you will oversee the full operational running of the hotel including Rooms Division, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office and Maintenance. You will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for ensuring that every guest experience reflects five-star excellence.

Key Responsibilities of the Hotel Director of Operations:

• Lead and develop senior operational teams to deliver outstanding service across all departments
• Manage budgets, operational planning, and cost controls to maximise efficiency and profitability
• Ensure the hotel is compliant with all brand standards and legal requirements
• Analyse guest feedback, financial performance, and operational data to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to execute long-term strategic objectives
• Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and employee engagement
