About the Role:

As Hotel Director of Operations, you will oversee the full operational running of the hotel including Rooms Division, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office and Maintenance. You will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for ensuring that every guest experience reflects five-star excellence.
