We are proud to be working with a leading hotel group currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Director of Sales to join their senior leadership team. In this high-profile role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and leadership of the sales function across a portfolio of up to six hotels, with a primary focus on properties based in London, as well as selected sites in the provinces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial performance across the cluster, delivering against revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Lead and inspire on-property and cluster sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
