We are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected international hotel group to recruit an experienced Hotel Sales Manager for three popular, centrally located London hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to take ownership of high-value corporate, government and pharmaceutical accounts across a diverse and well-known hotel portfolio.

The Role
As Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving group and catering revenue from the Corporate, Government and Pharmaceutical sectors. Working proactively, you will identify new business opportunities, manage strategic accounts and maximise profitability across all three hotels. This role requires a strong “hunter” mentality combined with excellent account management skills and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new high-potential corporate, government and pharmaceutical accounts
- Consistently achieve weekly sales appointments through client visits, site inspections, FAM trips and virtual meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Negotiate rates aligned with business plans, revenue strategy and high-ADR objectives
- Analyse weekly account production and sales performance, implementing corrective actions where needed
- Review market trends, competitor activity and RGI performance alongside senior sales leadership
- Participate in sales blitzes, roadshows, networking events, presentations and client entertainment
- Create and deliver effective Account Development Plans
- Support wider sales team initiatives including reporting, presentations and special projects
