The Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef Director / Multi site Executive Chef to lead a large-scale, premium events and catering operation delivering over 800 events annually across multiple locations. Based in Cardiff, this is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for culinary standards, kitchen operations, and team performance across a multi-brand business. You will oversee a large, mobile brigade delivering high-end food experiences across weddings, events, and venues.

Key Responsibilities
