This is a rare opportunity to join a high-profile luxury hotel operation, overseeing all aspects of revenue strategy, pricing, forecasting and distribution. The property is a market-leading destination hotel with over 150 bedrooms, extensive food and beverage operations, conference and events facilities and a strong mix of leisure, corporate and group business.

We are seeking a commercially astute revenue leader who can influence business decisions, drive profitability and maximise total hotel revenue across all market segments.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with regional commercial leadership, you will take ownership of the hotel's revenue strategy and commercial performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the hotel's revenue management strategy.
  • Driving RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and total revenue performance.
  • Leading weekly, monthly and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Analysing market trends, competitor activity and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Managing pricing strategies across transient, corporate, group and leisure segments.
  • Optimising distribution channels including direct, OTA, GDS and third-party partnerships.
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Producing detailed revenue analysis and commercial reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase market share and profitability.
  • Leading revenue meetings and influencing key business decisions through data-led insight.
  • Ensuring best practice utilisation of revenue management systems and technology platforms.

About You

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional commercial results within luxury hospitality. You will ideally possess:

  • Current experience as a Director of Revenue, Cluster Director of Revenue or Senior Revenue Manager.
  • Strong luxury hotel or upscale hospitality experience.
  • Experience within hotels of 150+ bedrooms and multiple revenue streams.
  • A deep understanding of revenue management, pricing strategy and distribution.
  • Proven success in increasing RevPAR, ADR and overall profitability.
  • Exceptional analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence operational and strategic decisions.
  • Experience working with leading revenue management systems and hotel technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
