What hours will you be working?

35-40 hours per week including evenings and weekends with flexible shifts.

What you’ll be doing as a Duty Manager

We are now seeking a Duty Manager to enhance our team, and help us be the best at what we do. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the front of house team, be knowledgeable about all the products on offer and be able to make recommendations and upsell. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day. With a passion for hospitality you will be able to supervise in a team focused environment. You will have the ability to give clear direction, delegate and adapt to change. You will also be extremely organised and have strong decision-making skills.

Your Pub

Situated on the high street in Cheadle, the James Watts is a cosy pub with an array of quality cask beers, lagers, wines and spirits to choose from. Enjoy some time with friends in a laid‑back atmosphere with a glass of wine or a refreshing beer, or join us for our weekly live music events and quiz night.
