Your role
As the Interim Site Director you will lead all site activities in Bingley, operating within a matrix organizational structure to manage change and deliver improved business performance in line with the vision and objectives. The role demands a commitment to achieving world-class standards in all aspects of operations, ensuring that the Bingley site is recognised for its excellence in manufacturing and customer service.

- Experience in world-class manufacturing and engineered-to-order businesses

- Knowledge of metal gaskets, flange insulation, and specialist machined fixings
- Project management skills
