Your Role
Act as the Quality representative during non-office hours you will be responsible for any customer and supplier related issues. Co-ordinate and support activity within shift Inspection teams, continually striving to improve performance standards in line with the organisational/departmental KPI's.
Rotating shift pattern. Monday to Thursday Mornings 05.55 hrs – 14.00 hrs
Friday Mornings 05.55 hrs – 11.00 hrs
Monday to Thursday Afternoons 13.55 hrs – 22.00 hrs
Friday Afternoons 10.55 hrs – 16.00 hrs
Monday to Thursday Nights 21.55 hrs – 06.00 hrs
Friday Nights 15.55 hrs – 21.00 hrs
Key Responsibilities
·Support Quality Control function within in-process inspection by means of creation of documentation, training, re-approval and sign off of Quality Inspectors to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the current quality management system
·Conduct internal audits, as required, in support of the internal audit schedule (Tier 1 and Tier 2).Follow up and close out of non- conformance, corrective and effectiveness actions.
·Support and assist with complaint investigations (MyCase) through verification of 8D containment, corrective and preventative actions. xgikmsk
·Conduct standard diary activities where needed such as turbex tanks, oven and lighting checks, data download and in-process audits.
