Your Role

As a Payroll & HCM System Administrator youll provide an accurate, compliant and customer-focused payroll administration service for UK companies within the James Walker Group, ensuring monthly payrolls are processed on time and employee payroll data is maintained to a high standard.

You will Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance and development of HR systems, including HCM and associated platforms, ensuring data accuracy, appropriate system access, effective user support and continuous improvement of HR system processes.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

Process monthly payrolls accurately and on time, ensuring all UK payroll data is complete, authorised and compliant with internal procedures and statutory requirements. xgikmsk

Administer UK payroll changes including new starters, leavers, salary changes, overtime, shift payments, holiday payments, bonuses, expenses, Benefits in Kind and other payments or deductions.

Process statutory and occupational payments, including sick pay, matern
