I am recruiting for a small-mid sized consultancy with offices in 5 UK locations. In each office, the team shares all of its clients equally, and you have access to the full breadth of work including trustee consulting, corporate advisory and pension risk transfer. They don't have specialist teams who in theory could take up much of the more interesting projects. Everyone works on everything, in an incredibly collaborative environment.
This would be a great option for anyone seeking to increase their variety of work, whilst working with great people of all levels. Roles are available for people at various stages with the actuarial exams, including those who are taking them more slowly or who have decided to put them on hold.
