I’m actively recruiting for a number of new roles within Risk Transfer Consulting for a highly regarded mid-sized consultancy. These would suit people with anywhere from around 3 years to 8/9 years of pensions consulting experience. Previous risk transfer experience isn’t required; it’s much more about having a keen interest to specialise in this area, and a desire to do something different in a market-leading team.
By market-leading, I mean a highly specialist team who is advising regularly on many of the largest and most interesting buyout and buy-in transactions, with an impressive market share, and who are highly regarded in the industry. They have an amazing track record for winning new tenders, they’re working on some groundbreaking projects yet to be announced, and have a brilliant leadership team including people who previously worked on the BPA insurance side.
Importantly, the company culture, how people are treated, flexibility, work/life balance, and the closeness of the team (e.g. directly working with the senior Partners) is excellent. You’ll feel very much looked after, valued, with really good opportunities to progress and grow with the business.
The work is very much project based, which will likely feel refreshing if your current role tends to be repetitive on a yearly basis. They’d like to give you the opportunity to learn something new, work with great people, and to gain experience which will be incredibly useful in the future.
Please get in touch for more info – most UK locations can work for the right person.
