James Stevens Associates are delighted to be working with a London based Social Housing provider who are now looking for an Interim Head of Governance and Company Secretary: * Interim Head of Governance & Company Secretary * Small Housing Association * 3-6 month contract * Day Rate £400- £500 a day * Inside IR35 – Umbrella Company * 4 to 5 days per week * 2 days per week in office * West London based – close to Tube & Overground Stations Interim Governance Position * Head of governance level role supporting board operations during regulatory inspection due in Q4 of financial year * To be clear this isn’t leading the inspection (they have someone to do this) more so Head of Governance / Company Secretarial duties * 3 committees * Reviewing governance structure post-inspection * Considering new Investment & Development subcommittee * PA support available (moving towards half-time board servicing) * Must be competent supporting board structures, minuting meetings, supporting board, board papers, minutes, and general governance administration
