As their new Director of Governance and Assurance, you’ll be the go-to expert on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. You’ll work closely with their CEO, Chair, and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring their operations remain transparent, ethical, and aligned with the highest standards. You’ll also be Company Secretary, leading Board governance and driving continuous improvement across all areas of assurance.
