Working on behalf of an investor in people, someone who develops and mentors their staff. Actively encourages ideas and development. They are looking for a wealth administrator to join their team, the firm currently employs around 60 people. They are based in EC2 and have a strong brand and rich history in the sector.

You will have 1-2 years experience in admin in either wealth or financial planning.

Duties:
  • Adhere to existing policies and procedures and work within agreed internal service level agreements.
  • The role will involve regular administrative duties such as gathering of policy information for new clients, inputting client data onto internal systems and dealing with ad hoc enquiries from existing clients.
  • You will be required to give prompt and professional responses to both client and provider queries both verbally and in writing.
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new clients ensuring a first-class experience for the client from the outset including the accurate production of documentation required for clients.
  • Work as part of a larger team of administrators to assist the Financial Planners with a range of tasks.
  • Implement proposals for our clients ensuring that accounts are opened, funded, and invested correctly.
  • Responsible for the ongoing management of client accounts.
  • Assist and be assisted by the senior members of the team in the completion of more complex work items.
