A boutique financial planning firm in Westminster is hiring an experienced Paraplanner to join their established paraplanning team. This is a hybrid role (3 days office / 2 days WFH), reporting into the Head of Paraplanning, with responsibility for mentoring two junior paraplanners.
Key responsibilities:
- Producing compliant, high-quality suitability reports
- Complex financial planning research across pensions, investments, tax, IHT and protection
- Reviewing adviser recommendations for technical accuracy
- Supporting and mentoring junior paraplanners
- Working closely with advisers and administrators
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' paraplanning experience (UK advice firm)
- Level 4 Diploma qualified studying towards chartered
- Strong technical knowledge and FCA compliance awareness
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
