James Ray Recruitment is seeking experienced and compassionate SEN Teachers for SEN and SEMH schools across the Wirral. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with immediate starts for the right candidates.
The Role
- You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to children with additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
- You’ll work with students 1:1 or in small groups, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles.
- You may also support pupils with personal care and wellbeing, ensuring their safety, dignity, and emotional support throughout the day.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified teacher with experience in SEN or SEMH settings.
- Calm, patient, and resilient, with strong behaviour management skills.
- Confident teaching 1:1 and small groups, fostering engagement and progress.
