James Ray Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing law firm to recruit a Private Client Solicitor. The firm has a great reputation locally and pride themselves on the progression they offer and promoting from within. The role is to be within the Probate department.
Ideal candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Experience in managing a varied caseload

The role:
- Responsible for running a mixed caseload including complex tax and trust matters in addition to Wills, Probate and Court of Protection matters
- Knowledge of the law relating to tax, trusts, deputyships, probate, Wills and an interest and experience in business development is essential
- Experience in working on a Case Management system
- Working hours are 9:30am – 5:30pm with flexible and hybrid working
