Overview
We are looking for candidates with a background in tutoring or classroom support coupled with the confidence to manage a classroom on a cover basis long-term contracts starting asap. The ideal candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills and be able to deliver pre-set work to a good standard.
Training and development
At James Ray Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to attend a fantastic online course, ran by an experienced educator who will give a detailed insight into working in the classroom to help you feel prepared for the role.
Experience
Previous experience working with children or young adults is preferable but not essential as full training provided on the course. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your journey within Education.
Pay
Pay rates are dependent on experience and will be discussed during registration.
Minimum requirements to apply
- Minimum Qualification of degree or above
- Willingness to apply for an enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
- Full UK Driving license would be very advantageous.
- Legal Right to work in the UK.
- Have a reliable & flexible approach to work.
