James Ray Recruitment are currently recruiting for a multi service firm with offices throughout Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. They require an experienced Residential Conveyancer to service clients throughout the region and you can be based in Hessle, Scunthorpe or Lincoln. The role entails joining a dynamic residential property team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering property services.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of residential conveyancing work under the supervision of qualified solicitors
- Provide administrative support to other property lawyers in the department
- Liaise with clients, other professionals and internal colleagues
- Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications/skills required:
- Experience in residential conveyancing
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A meticulous eye for detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literacy and experience with a computerised case management system
