James Ray Recruitment are recruiting for 3 Commercial Property Solicitor roles in Hull.
The firms are leaders in this area of law and require:
- Commercial Property Solicitor – NQ-5
- Commercial Property Solicitor – 5 years +
- Commercial Property Partner
The teams undertake a varied caseload, including sales & acquisitions, planning and development, agriculture, telecommunications, landlord & tenant (commercial and residential) and general Corporate Support. Experience of commercial property transactions is essential, with the ideal candidate being able to hit the ground running and support senior members of the team on more complex matters, whilst also developing their own caseload, with mentoring and supervision from others.
