As a key member of our Wholesale team, you will support the Head of Clothing & Accessories in managing day-to-day operations, nurturing relationships with valued wholesale partners, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You\’ll be at the forefront of the brand, driving sales, analysing performance, and ensuring our products are presented in a way that reflects our heritage and quality.
How Will You Make An Impact
- Drive Sales: Help achieve sales targets and boost profitability within the wholesale department.
- Build Relationships: Act as a key point of contact, fostering strong relationships with buying teams through regular communication and meetings.
- Analyse Performance: Monitor seasonal trends, commercial activities, and sales data to optimise performance in each market.
- Coordinate Events: Organise market appointments, trunk shows, and promotional events to showcase our collections.
- Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day wholesale operations, including order processing, client service, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams, including finance and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and brand consistency.
