Customer Service
- Greeting and assisting customers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Provide customers with brand/garment knowledge if required.
- Give customers an enjoyable, relaxing shopping experience.
- Responsible for dealing with customer complaints.
Stock Control
- Managing stock levels across the department.
- Re-stocking shelves with merchandise.
- Buying, receiving and storing the delivery of stock.
- Ensuring price tags are correct and attached to all merchandise on the shop floor.
Shop Maintenance
- Supporting visual merchandising of the shop.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean, including hoovering and mopping of all areas and cleaning of glass cabinets/shelving.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
Financial
- Dealing with customer refunds/exchanges.
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Balancing cash registers with receipts at end of day.

- Experience in retail, ideally in luxury retail.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills.
