How Will You Make An Impact
- Paid Media & Performance Leadership: Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of all paid media campaigns across various channels (social, search, display, OOH). Collaborate closely with media agencies and the e‑commerce team to develop, plan, and launch campaigns, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met. Manage media budgets, lead investment strategy, and monitor campaign performance to ensure proper delivery and optimal outcomes. Define and establish KPIs for media agencies, ensuring campaigns are tracked and optimised for maximum ROI.
- CRM & Client Lifecycle Management: Plan and create broadcast email marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition and retention across all business divisions. Develop and optimise client lifecycle automation series (e.g., welcome, abandoned cart) based on data analysis. Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure high standards of design and copy for client‑centric communication. Build and execute testing strategies around creative, messaging, and segmentation to optimise client outreach and performance.
- Data‑Driven Strategy & Reporting: Act as the owner of client data across the business, ensuring its continuous collation, cleaning, and management. Provide actionable client insights to support sales teams in developing action plans and identifying opportunities. Deliver monthly paid media and client insights reporting to retail and leadership teams, including post‑campaign reports. Stay abreast of industry trends, new partner offerings, and regulations to inform and evolve our media and digital strategy.
- Digital Project & Process Leadership: Lead the execution and completion of client journey roadmaps for all business units, ensuring projects meet deadlines and deliver concrete business impact. Drive new initiatives for CRM and digital clienteling, promoting the use of digital tools to maximise client engagement. Lead internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless integration and execution of key digital projects (e.g., DPP). Work with E‑commerce and IT leads to facilitate the ongoing optimisation of group‑led initiatives, including the Strategic Omnichannel Demand Process.
How Will You Experience Success With Us?
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in paid media strategy and CRM management.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills, capable of leading complex digital initiatives.
- A data‑driven individual with excellent analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with client database systems (preferably Ometria) and an understanding of Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) systems is a plus.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive, highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and collaborative individual with a “can‑do” attitude, thriving in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with poise and professionalism to interact across all levels of management.
