The Role The successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the business, providing support across office management, client services and general administration. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers and colleagues, helping to ensure the office operates efficiently and that clients receive a professional and welcoming experience. The role is varied and will involve responsibility for office facilities, supplier management, client communications, adviser support and a range of general administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Managing office suppliers and services, including stationery, office supplies and maintenance providers. Monitoring and processing supplier invoices and maintaining expenditure records. Maintaining office stock levels and ensuring facilities remain presentable and well organised. Processing incoming and outgoing post. Welcoming clients and visitors to the office and providing refreshments when required. Managing incoming telephone enquiries and directing calls appropriately. Monitoring shared business inboxes and responding to enquiries. Supporting advisers with client review activity, appointment booking and client communications. Coordinating client engagement initiatives including review requests, birthday cards and client gifts. Organising team events and seasonal client activities.
