An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced estate agent to join a polished, ambitious and well-supported prime central London property business, operating at the very top end of the London market. This would suit a proven senior agent currently working in, or very familiar with, prime central London — ideally Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Belgravia, Marylebone or the surrounding areas — who has a strong track record of winning instructions, building relationships and converting high-value sales and lettings business.

We are looking for someone with at least 10 years’ experience in estate agency, who understands the expectations of HNW clients, can represent a premium brand with confidence, and has the ability to generate, nurture and convert their own opportunities across both sales and lettings. The right person will be commercially sharp, well-networked, highly credible in front of clients, and genuinely motivated by building something significant within a quality, well-capitalised and professionally run environment.

The role would suit someone who can demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ estate agency experience, ideally in prime central London
  • A strong track record in winning market appraisals and converting instructions
  • Experience across both sales and lettings
  • The ability to build long-term relationships with private clients, landlords, vendors, buyers and tenants
  • Confidence dealing with high-value property and high-expectation clients
  • A polished, consultative and professional approach
  • Strong local market knowledge, particularly across Kensington and wider PCLA
  • A desire to operate at a senior level, with meaningful earning potential and autonomy
  • The ability to bring in business, not simply service existing leads
