Role Overview
Reporting to the Interior Architectural Director, the Senior Interior Architect will act as a client-facing project lead, responsible for delivering design excellence from concept through completion. The position requires an experienced designer with a refined aesthetic, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to manage complex luxury schemes both in the UK and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects from concept design through to completion, ensuring design intent and quality are maintained at every stage.
- Act as the primary client contact, building long-term relationships and providing strategic design advice.
- Develop and present detailed design concepts, floor plans, elevations, bespoke joinery details, and FF&E specifications.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Represent the studio at client meetings, design presentations, and industry events.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continued development of studio standards, processes, and technical excellence.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the luxury interior design sector — residential, hospitality, or commercial.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering high-value projects to an exceptional standard.
