Senior Development and Investment Consultant
Based in Manchester Square, West End London
We’re partnering with a long-established West End investment agency entering an exciting new growth phase. The firm has a 30-year track record in London mixed-use and residential-led investments and is now expanding its deal-making team.
Important: this is not a role for someone who has only worked with developers to resell new homes stock.
This is for a seasoned investment broker, someone who sees potential and value where others might not. You’ll be dealing with mixed-use block purchases typically between £2M and £70M, where there’s an upside investment angle to unlock.
That could mean:
- Extending or reconfiguring an HMO to increase yield
- Adding penthouses or airspace to an existing block
- Selling high-yield rented blocks ready for repositioning
- Spotting land with planning potential before the wider market does
You’ll need to understand how to unwrap a deal and articulate the opportunity to serious investors.
The Role
- You’ll work directly with senior partners to source and sell investment and development opportunities across London and the South East.
- Engage with investors, developers, and property owners to bring instructions to market.
- Lead negotiations on high-value mixed-use and residential-led deals.
- Build and manage relationships with private and institutional investors.
- Play an active part in the firm’s next stage of growth and rebrand.
- About YouProven experience in property investment sales, acquisitions, or development consultancy.
- Sharp understanding of yields, leases, returns, and development potential.
- A natural deal-maker who thrives on spotting and structuring opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a small, high-energy West End team.
- The existing London network within the investor/developer community is ideal.
Package
- Base: £40,000–£80,000
- Commission: 10–20% (rising to 25% for top performers)
- OTE: £150,000–£170,000+ realistic
- Benefits under review as part of the firm’s rebrand and growth plan.
If you’re motivated by autonomy, complex deals, and real earning potential — not just selling stock — we’d love to speak.
