As they expand throughout 2025, they’re looking to speak with MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyors ready to step into a Senior Associate Director role — with flexibility to focus on estate management, valuations, or a tailored blend of both.
The Role
An opportunity to lead on major estate portfolios across affluent counties, working with highly engaged clients on a mix of:
- Estate and farm management
- Landlord and tenant relationships (agricultural, residential and commercial)
- Strategic planning and diversification projects
- Financial reporting, budgeting and performance monitoring
- Employee and contractor management
- Rural valuations (if desired)
