My client, a highly regarded property consultancy, is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing Architecture & Building Surveying team in Taunton or Exeter.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established multidisciplinary office with a strong pipeline of work across the South West. You’ll work across a diverse range of projects, including commercial, rural estates, and some heritage assets, while building long-term client relationships.
You will deliver a broad mix of professional and project-led building surveying services, taking ownership of both projects and client relationships:
- Contract administration and project monitoring
- Building surveys and report writing
- Advising on procurement, contractor appointments, and statutory consents
- Acting as a key client contact, managing relationships and delivering high-quality service
