Property Manager / Senior Property ManagerLee, London

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

The RoleI\’m working with a well-established agency who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy team in the Lee office. This is a fantastic opportunity if you\’re confident handling the full property management cycle and want to work in a supportive, professional environment.

Responsibilities

Overseeing maintenance from the initial enquiry right through to invoicing.

Reviewing property visit reports and advising landlords accordingly.

Managing compliance certifications after tenant move-in.

Handling end-of-tenancy processes: serving notices, attending court hearings, overseeing evictions, and negotiating deposit returns.

Resolving day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries.

Delivering excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, contractors, and colleagues.

About You

Previous property management experience (essential).

Solid knowledge of lettings compliance and legal processes.

Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.

Able to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines.

Customer-focused and proactive in resolving issues.
