Location: Manchester (M3)
Salary: £30,000 basic + OTE £75,000–£90,000+
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8AM–4PM (No weekend work)

Specialising in exclusive new build developments across Manchester and Liverpool, the company offers ambitious sales professionals the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, with uncapped earning potential and exposure to a global investor client base.
Role Overview
As a Property Investment Consultant, you will play a key role in selling both on-plan and off-plan investment opportunities to UK and international clients. With a consistent flow of warm, qualified leads provided daily, you will also be expected to generate new business through outbound activity and build long-lasting relationships with investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with investors to understand their goals and match them with suitable new build opportunities.
- Present and promote developments across Manchester and Liverpool.
- Manage a pipeline of warm, qualified leads provided by the company.
- Proactively source new business through cold outreach and referral networks.
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and ROI of investment opportunities.
- Provide consultative advice and market insight to both new and experienced investors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property investment sales (or similar field).
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient in both warm and cold lead conversion.
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced sales environment.
What’s On Offer
- Competitive basic salary of £28,000.
- OTE £75,000–£90,000+.
- £1,000 commission per sale, with bonuses up to £2,200 per deal.
- Monday–Friday schedule (8AM–4PM) – no weekend work.
