My client is a highly established land advisory and surveying business with a strong national reputation and an expanding portfolio of infrastructure and utilities projects throughout Scotland and the wider UK.

The Role

This position will involve supporting land rights processes and maintaining effective liaison between landowners, client teams, and construction stakeholders during delivery. Typical duties will include:

  • Supporting the facilitation of land access and land rights agreements
  • Liaising closely with landowners, land agents, statutory bodies and contractors
  • Attending site meetings and supporting construction-phase stakeholder communication
  • Ensuring reporting and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Providing practical advice and technical support to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Managing multiple live instructions while maintaining attention to detail

The Ideal Candidate

Support is available for those working towards RICS / AssocRICS or CAAV.
