This is a fixed-term maternity cover position within a high-performing lettings team, supporting the onboarding, compliance and marketing of rental properties. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the lettings process runs smoothly, acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and internal teams while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities:- Managing the onboarding of landlords and properties
- Ensuring compliance checks are completed prior to marketing
- Uploading and maintaining property details on internal systems
- Coordinating photography, floorplans and EPCs
- Supporting the team with enquiries and applicant management
- Acting as a point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Preparing documentation ahead of move‑ins
- Assisting with marketing materials and listings
- Handling general administration including invoicing and reporting
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Ideally experience within lettings or property
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive approach and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
