Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 70 prime residential properties, predominantly across Sevenoaks with occasional cover for Tunbridge Wells.

The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of high-end residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants while ensuring every property is maintained to an exceptional standard.
The role involves coordinating maintenance, managing contractor relationships, carrying out property inspections and ensuring all compliance obligations are met.
Managing around 70 properties, you'll enjoy a varied workload where no two days are the same, requiring excellent organisation, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 70 residential properties.
- Act as the primary contact for landlords and tenants, delivering a first-class customer experience.
- Arrange and oversee maintenance works from instruction through to completion.
- Source and liaise with contractors, ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
- Carry out regular property inspections and report findings where necessary.
- Organise compliance requirements, including safety certificates and remedial works.
- Coordinate inventories, check-ins, check-outs and end-of-tenancy processes.
- Manage deposit negotiations where appropriate.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate property records.
- Ensure all managed properties remain compliant with current legislation and industry regulations.
About You
You'll already have a solid background in residential property management and be confident managing a portfolio independently.
You'll be comfortable dealing with premium properties and delivering an exceptional level of customer service to both landlords and tenants.
You'll have
- Previous experience within Residential Property Management.
- Experience managing higher-value residential properties (ideally £2,000 PCM+).
- Strong understanding of property maintenance and contractor management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving issues efficiently.
- Good knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be highly advantageous.
