This is a rare opportunity to handle exclusively high-end stock, with properties typically marketed from £800,000 upwards.
The successful candidate will be joining a high-performing and well-supported office with a clear focus on quality, reputation, and results. You’ll be front and centre with premium vendors and serious buyers, taking deals from viewing through to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct property viewings with qualified buyers
- Negotiate and agree sales with strong attention to detail and customer care
- Provide consistent and insightful feedback to vendors
- Generate new instructions through proactive prospecting and relationship building
- Advise clients on market conditions, positioning, and pricing strategy
