About the client

A well-established residential property business operating in the Prime London market, managing high-value homes for HNW landlords. The business is known for its relationship-led approach, high service standards, and strong compliance culture.

The role

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of circa 70 Prime residential properties. It is a hands-on, client-facing position requiring confidence in dealing with demanding HNW landlords, excellent organisation, and strong technical property management knowledge. The successful candidate will manage their portfolio autonomously, ensuring properties are compliant, well-maintained, and professionally managed at all times.

Key responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of a Prime residential portfolio
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with HNW landlords
  • Handling landlord and tenant queries efficiently and professionally
  • Overseeing compliance across the portfolio, including safety checks and legal requirements
  • Organising and carrying out property inspections
  • Instructing and managing contractors, obtaining quotes, and monitoring works
  • Managing maintenance issues from instruction through to completion
  • Coordinating check-ins, check-outs, and inventories
  • Overseeing end-of-tenancy processes, including dilapidations and deposit returns
  • Keeping property records and reports accurate and up to date

What you’ll need

  • Minimum of 3 years’ residential property management experience
  • Prime or high-value property experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of residential compliance and legislation
  • Confident in managing landlord relationships independently
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Professional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
