You should be: Highly proactive and commercially minded. Confident approaching landlords and generating business from scratch. An accomplished negotiator capable of converting opportunities into instructions. Comfortable conducting valuations and presenting to property owners. Organised and capable of managing a large geographical territory independently. Professional, credible and relationship-led in your approach.
