The Role
Reporting directly to the Assistant Lettings Manager, this is a front‑line lettings role focused on delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants while working towards clear, achievable targets. You will act as the face of the lettings business, managing the rental process end‑to‑end and building long‑term client relationships in a competitive London market.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering and managing enquiries from prospective tenants
- Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to landlords
- Advising landlords on market conditions and achievable rental values
- Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies
- Coordinating referencing, compliance checks and tenancy paperwork
- Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy
- Keeping property listings up to date across portals and internal systems
- Representing the business professionally within the local market
What You'll Need
- Minimum one year’s experience in property (lettings or property management)
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, confident approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organised with strong time‑management skills
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment
- Confident using property software and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
